Maybe it's just me that has the curse on LaCie drives. A colleague  
recently came here to do some work on a project, brining all the  
images on a LaCie drive. We plugged it in to my Mac turned it on  
and...nothing. It had died.

Probably best your drives aren't connected when you read this email :)
