I can't really argue with that. I'll give you
guys credit, while not entirely in favor of starving the woman, I was in favor
of letting the law be enforced. At least you've moved me to a moderate
position of looking for a compromise position in all of
this.
I still think that the law giving the spouse the
decision making authority is for the best, but there should also be some legal
remedy possible when the case isn't clear. If for no other reason than
each case will always be different.
