I like that...I bought the book from amazon.com...and will check it out. We have been trying to follow this program that the army send home for steven..basically it is the Adkins..with Grapefruit juice..lots of that..I don't mind it..cause I don't hate it..but it is not my favorite either. I find that I get real tired of salads after a while though.
