Usually I don't participate in rants. To me it is a waste of time unless we are sure that people that can change things inside AD are sincerely listening and your wish is their command.
The list has been a place for me to share and learn. I don't think any ranting is getting us anywhere other than filling mailboxes with messages of doom decreasing productivity / creativity to some extent. Anybody, for whom Softimage is a moneymaking part of his / her life knows the state of affair enough already. So let's just move on and direct our energy more towards creativity, problem solving, helping and sharing. If you want things to change ranting is not going to do it. You are barking up the wrong tree. Find other avenues where your words will be worthwhile. If you want to just vent out your anger or frustration, hit a pillow, burst a paper bag, pop a bubble wrap and get back to work. Alok.
