It's -rc2 day so we don't yet have to be consistent with package names.
If there is a scheme that would work better do suggest.
e.g. Would it be better to package ffmpeg and wget separately as
wget-1.2.3-win32-exe.zip
ffmpeg-4.5.6-win32-exe.zip
?
or maybe something more descriptive
sox_ng-14.5.0.1-win32-exe.zip (just SoX and docs)
sox_ng-14.5.0.1+wget+ffmpeg-win32-exe.zip ?
