I've just been trying to export a textured sphere from Blender for testing purposes, so there's not much of a point in sending out my model. Would it be possible for someone to send me a .blend file that is known to export to Soya with no problems so I can try it out?I'm using PNG for textures, but the blender2soya script never
generates a material. Whether I try to texture the exported model
through the Soya editor or programmatically it still ends up looking
the way I described earlier. I can use either approach to texture a
model created with soya and it looks fine. Also, any soya model
created by anyone else with blender (like those in the examples and
game tutorial) displays fine. Is there any way to manually "fix" the
texture cooridate problem, possibly by loading the pickled .data file
and hand editing something? If not, any other suggestions? By the way,
sorry about the duplicate message before (my mail server has been
acting strange lately).
If the material is missing, you can create it manually in the soya editor ; just name it with the same name as the texture (my_texture.png => my_texture), and don't forget to specify the material path.
BTW can you send me your blender model, so i can try by myself ?
