That's because you're having SA rewrite the entire message. If you don't do that, you won't see this header at all. [If you just have the X-Spam* headers inserted, the Received: header that spamass-milter generates doesn't get propogated anywhere.] Regardless, patch it if you want; it's pretty trivial.
