They do? Really? I ordered a T1 circuit from them on the 2nd of this month and they told me that they don't delegate reverse DNS to customers. =/
My current provider does, but I used to work with most of the NOC engineers at another ISP.

The installation date hasn't been scheduled yet, but it looks like it could be towards the end of this week. Imagine, ordering a full T1 and having everything installed within 2 weeks. Remember when the same process cost $5k and took 6 months?
