Yes, I am. And thats what I exactly suspected is that my spamcop_uri is
not working. Not sure why. Is there a quick way to check where it is
failing ?

I did follow this instruction while installing surbl

I installed the SpamCopURI plugin for SA 2.63, restarted spamd. I also
have Net::DNS
