i'm running spamcop_uri and its not working or showing up in any tests or in any spam headers.
it doesn't seem to be running and i'm at a loss as to why.
Did you copy the .cf file up?
i'm running sa 2,63 with amavis-new.

What about the test email makes you believe that it should have hit??
From the looks of the fact that it hit BODY_EMPTY it certainly should not have hit.
Remember, spamcop_uri detects spam domains in web-linked URIs in the message. If there's no body and no subject there can't be any URI's, thus there can't be any hits.
