I did copy it up. i've been running spamcopuri for 24hrs now and not one hit.

From the looks of the fact that it hit BODY_EMPTY it certainly should not have hit. Remember, spamcop_uri detects spam domains in web-linked URIs in the message. If there's no body and no subject there can't be any URI's, thus there can't be any hits.
