Good call Jeff, I've been working with the poster off-list sending a bunch of emails with the test-point URL in it and this appears to have been the problem.

of -L, however it's conceptually the same problem).

Yes i had been working with him previously off list as well. I could not find
the option to enable the network tests. I had checked for the -L but it was not
there. Problem was i run qmail-scanner and he was using amavis and i had no
knowledge of it. Glad someone was able to help him though.
