Hello All, Does anyone have a problem that when you click on InfoView and try to pull a report (Alarm, Asset, Availability, Event, etc) and try to select a device but there is nothing showing up. I tried to do Filter but there is nothing display. It seems that BOXI could not pull any data from Spectrum.
