Hi,

As Chisti said, BOXI is reporting on data collected by OneClick
Reporting. First you need to do is ensure you have data available for
BOXI.

OneClick collects data in $SPECROOT/mysql/data/reporting folder. At
OneClick Administrator Web Page, you have options to see how it's
working:

- In Spectrum Status -> All check box should be marked and Last Event
Time should be something in the last hour. Sometimes I've solve
problems uncheking all checkbox, Update Monitored Servers, mark
checkbox again and Update Monitored Servers one more time.

- Archive Expert -> It take a while to show something. Here you have a
list with all tables and how many data are store on them.

Also you can use any MySQL tool to look at those tables (from mySQL
web page you can download a free tool (MySQL GUI Tools 5.0, the old
one, not the new MySQL Workbench)

Finally there were a bug in 9.2 solved in H03. Pre-H03, OneClick
Report Manager stopped collecting data from SS Archive Manager. After
the patch, everything worked fine.

I hope this can help.
Regards
James.
