Hello All,
Does anyone have a problem that when you click on InfoView and try
to pull a report (Alarm, Asset, Availability, Event, etc) and try to
select a device but there is nothing showing up. I tried to do
Filter but there is nothing display. It seems that BOXI could not
pull any data from Spectrum.
BOXI does not pull any data, it only reports on the existing Report
Manager's data.
Did you - by any chance - re-initialized the SRM database ? I happen
to notice this behavior after re-initializing the SRM, it was solved
by using the 'Remove BOXI content' button from the RepMgr
administration, followed by re-uploading the RepMgr BOXI content again.
That was on 9.2
