hidden "WKP_ProxyUserSecurity" parmater when generating the report.
This would affect 9.2+ SRM installs.
To verify whether this is the issue:
1.) Verify the global SRM Preference, "Enable Security", is False:
From the OC home page, go to Administration->Report Manager->
Preferences, and look at the "Enable Security" setting.
If it's FALSE...
2.) Open InfoView and log in as any valid SRM User.
Select a report that returns the "No records found" result,
go to the parameter selection page, right click it and choose
"View Source"(assuming this is IE).
Search for "WKP_ProxyUserSecurity" and note its value:
<input type=... name="WKP_ProxyUserSecurity" value="some_user">
Verify whether this is an active OC user, and their OC access roles
and Security Community. If:
a.) the user is not active or doesn't exist in OC,
b.) the user has a none ADMIN( or equivalent )
Security Community which limits their view of
models
There is a manual workaround for this, but support suggested me to wait for PTF

Hello All,
Does anyone have a problem that when you click on InfoView and try to pull a report (Alarm, Asset, Availability, Event, etc) and try to select a device but there is nothing showing up. I tried to do Filter but there is nothing display. It seems that BOXI could not pull any data from Spectrum.
