Hi,
I have exactly the same problem on spectrum R9.2
We have opened a case to CA also.
After your e-mail we have tried to Update Content processing.
Processing completed. But nothing has changed.
If we disable BOXI - Spectrum integrity, will it be a problem ?

  BOXI does not pull any data, it only reports on the existing Report Manager's 
data.
  Did you - by any chance - re-initialized the SRM database ? I happen to 
notice this behavior after re-initializing the SRM, it was solved by using the 
'Remove BOXI content' button from the RepMgr administration, followed by 
re-uploading the RepMgr BOXI content again.
  That was on 9.2
