Is anybody using pppoatm with an alcatel Speedtouch in Germany with T-DSL ?
I have the following symptoms:
1. modem_run alcaudsl.sys runs fine, modem syncs
2. when running pppd call myProvider I get

3. It seems that pppd does not find anyone to talk to. In fact when I
replace in /etc/ppp/peers/myProvider the line
pty "/usr/local/sbin/pppoa3 -m 1 -c -vpi 1 -vci 32 -v 0
by
pty "sleep 30"
I get the exact same results
4. Sometimes (after a reboot) I see something worrying:

5. I am puzzeled by the fact the the module pppoatm is not loaded. I
did load it manually but it makes no difference. Aren't we doing
ppp-over-atm here ?
6. Is it a problem if the ISDN system is running (ipppd running) ? It
actually makes not difference though.
