The Flamingo Martini Lounge-
You and Timmy have been there, conveniently located just off Rte 15 on your
way to Carlisle :)

I think these are our 4th and 5th, feel free to ask.
Also, Clarke has a brochure on them, maybe a Schirmer report.
I don't believe there's another source besides Clarke, they've been the
driver for all of them regardless of Auroura or Peerless pumps.

When designing, primary concerns are avoiding dropping below stall speed at
1300 rpm +/- which results from larger pres differentials in static and
flow.
You can't cure a situation where your static is so high that you'd end up at
400 RPM to stay under your set point.

Next is making sure there's a listed PLD version of your driver needed for
your selected pres/capacity. Thought on one we'd have to use two 1500's to
develop 3,000 demand, but ended up with a 2500 single that worked out past
capacity.

It still amazes me- what these storage protection criteria end up with in
water supply needs.
Ken, our design manager, stood next to a 17' header of 10" pipe with five 8"
double-interlocked risers and commented "Remember when 8" and 10" were for
UG?". The 10" header was fed by two runs of 8" overhead pipe 1/4 mile long.
System demands just under 3,000.

I've never used a PLD before. Where can I get some good info?
