Currently the design is .20 but this is tentative. There are 7' high 18" deep metal racks with solid shelves, some back-to-back. There are no pallet loads or piles of anything. The parts containers are open top cardboard boxes some 4"x12" up to 12"x18" and of course, lose items. One room is 900 sq. ft. and another (separated) is 2300sq. ft. In the state it is in, an engineer is not required and it is a design/build project. The AHJ is looking to us to suggest a design and he will evaluate it and make his own determination.
