I would suggest reviewing NFPA 140 - Standard on Motion Picture and
Television Production Studio Soundstages, Approved Production
Facilities, and Production Locations.  There are a lot of perculiar
requirements burried in that document.  Section 4.11.1.3.2 calls for
Extra Hazard - Grp II.

Subject: Movie studio classification

Any ideas on what design density to use for a movie studio?  From what I
have been told, it will be a 100,000 sq ft building, 50 ft high, broken
into 20,000 sq ft sections for different shooting areas.  Lets assume
that there will be no storage on site and that only the material needed
for shooting will be present.
