On the subject of building design.., the conspiracy theorists are already using this building/fire to challenge the NIST findings on building 7 of the WTC. Just info, not for debate...

The building is under construction and It looks like the fire involved the entire structure from top to bottom. The fire supposedly started on the roof and then very quickly spread to all floors or at least so it seems before the information blackout. A fire like this does not seem to be expected. There must be some mitigating factors in the building design. Does anyone, perhaps knowing someone at Arup, have any inside information on the building's design? It seems there must be an important lesson in building design to be learned here.
