A point that was made on the EPARADE fire marshal's list was that bamboo
scaffolding is still the norm in China.   Anyone know if they've ruled
out ancillary structures yet?

It was probably EFIS that burned like at Mandalay Bay a while back. A
welder on the roof started the fire and it spread down the outside of
the building. I guess the stuff melts and runs down spreading the fire.
