Subject: 100ft from FDC to hydrant?

Got a comment about locating a fire hydrant no more than 75-100 ft from
the riser FDC.

I know I've seen this requirement somewhere but for some reason I can
not locate it in NFPA or the IBC or IFC. Does anyone know where this is
right off the top of their head?

All my search engines have failed me.
