Class IB & IC Water Miscible - Think liquor

Stationary tanks - 15,000 gallons each, 18 within containment area inside a
building. Think one hell of a party.

Got a code reference to a sprinkler density/protection scheme? FM 7-29
references a 7-88 but I can't find any 7-88. NFPA 30 (24.6) doesn't seem to
say anything much about this even suggesting it's OK with none (after a
hazard analysis, of course). If the goal is to keep a fire not involving
the liquid from breaking a tank probably don't need much density. If the
goal is to save anything after a tank rupture and fire then foam is probably
the only answer. I'd think the code or standard would say something? Most
of the building is drums in racks so I think were at .6/3000 plus in-racks.
Thinking just extending into this small area has very little cost.

Yes, yes I know PE should be involved to specify the approach for the
holistic fire protection matters including spill containment, venting, tank
specifications, electrical concerns etc. Lets for now assume this is the
real ugly world and this party doesn't exist yet.
