We have a new customer with repair problems. To do the repair, we shut off the
water in the outside
pit. We still can't drain the system. Clear water runs at about 25 PSI. We
called in the water
purveyor and they shut it off at the street. Same results unchanged. We have
examined the original
site plans showing only one connection.
Water purveyor has checked their plans and agrees. Obviously there is another
connection, whereabouts
unknown to anybody. Any suggestions on how to proceed? We could freeze the line
for the repair, but
would prefer to locate this other connection.
