A Manufactured Home (FEMA trailer 14’ x 60’) has an equipment room that contains a electric hot water heater. Area of the room is six (6) total square feet. Least is dimension 2’. No access from inside the unit. The space has an access panel on the outside of the unit. It has a wood floor with ½” sheetrock walls and ceilings. Can the sprinkler be omitted from this space?
