I went to the web and found the information for the installation of
blazemaster CPVC pipe and it has a table that gives cure times for pipe.
The time varies depending on the temperature, size, and new vs. cutin of
pipe. It can vary between less than an hour to several days (large pipe
in cold weather). Hope that helps.

Subject: RE: Cure times

Like G. we like to make our customers aware of the potential risk of
turning it on sooner, but we also understand that many don't care. They
want it now!

What we do to at least help the "Cure" along is every one of our guy's
carries a small elect. Hair dryer, he can plug in and warm the pipe and
fittings before assembly, and the made up joints after assembly. For the
$20.00 the dryer cost, we can keep the joints at 70'F for an hour or
more and reduce the risk of blow out as much as possible.
