Tony, It sounds like this is the ONLY water supply to this building.It may be prudent to consider this in your design as the only additional water the fire dept. will have is what they bring on the pumper truck.Once you have the cost of a tank in the job,it may be a small price to upsize it as compared to the value of lives,building,etc.I would go with the MOST demanding for 90 min. (maybe even 120 min) just to be on the safe side.JMHO.
