The sprinkie guy will look at it but he'll be a bit clueless about the
"is it OK" and since cooking lines are always shifting around coverage
areas will change. An added bonus is that when the fat fryer does
arrive, and it will, we like our fried goodies, just look out the
window at passerby's, nobody will think to do anything about it. At
least if it's chemical there's a fifty-fifty chance that the IT&M guy
will remember or have have pictures of the line configuration from
last time and bring it to somebody's attention. These guys are always
on the look-out for new work and reconfiguring the system to meet the
new line set-up is easy money.
