Designing an auto paint booth with 3 booth areas. Airflow is down draft with filters in the floor in a shallow 1'-6" deep pit. A typical pit is 8'x 23'. What type sprinklers will cover this shallow space? We don't have the 18" minimum space. Would pendent heads in the upright position be better than standard uprights. They are using water based paint. I still will use Ex. Haz. 2 density. What to do with this shallow space?
