If we don't get low balled, as I know one company involved will do, Yes I would like to have it. We have done many projects with this firm. I will spell it out completely in my bid letter and when we get in the design phase (if we get it) go after corrective measures. If history repeats itself, they will end up doing it right, I don't think they want to take the time to correct it right now as bid time is coming upon us.
What I can't believe is no one else has raised the question!!!!!!!!! Bobby Gillett Sr. Project Manager Key Fire Protection, Inc. Are you sure you really want it? (not that I am telling you how to run your business) Given what lies ahead, can you realistically make money at it? And I haven't mentioned liability yet.
