There is no green that I could see. You think the air to the compressor might be tainted? It's all sch40 threaded, 4" down to 2 -1/2" main, pipe scheduled system.
Tom, Could the pipe cfailure be due to the exposure to moist salt air? Especially if that is what they are pumping into the dry system. What do the sprinklers look like? Any green corrosion or history of that?
