I operate on the assumption that no one knows everything. If you move away from

There is clearly no doubt that it goes both ways. I think the key is to know 
what you know but MORE important know what you DON'T know..... This goes for 
both us contractors and AHJ's. It is amazing how much better things work and 
the synergies that can happen when the pride is put aside.
