Try the Vic No41, 45, or 46 - it is a flange by groove adapter and then you
could put a Vic no 50 concentric reducer on the end.

Subject: Flange x Groove Reducing Adapter

Anyone know if there is a listed Flange x Groove Reducing Adapter on the
market, I just spent 30 min. searching the web but no joy. I'm looking to go
from a 6" flange directly to a 4" groove inlet on a backflow, space is the
driving factor.
