I’d be highly surprised if anyone could guarantee 100% circulation in the system to prevent freezing. I wouldn’t put my name on it.
But if presented with an unheated area I’d prefer to use Dry or preaction in lieu of heat tracing an entire wet system. That just doesn’t make sense. Craig L.
