Does the 10th floor passageway actually connect both the lower stairwells or just the one that stops at that floor? I'm assuming just the one.
Like I said, it's simplest to follow the path of travel in the offset stair. It's only one standpipe, not sure why you think you would need another isolation valve. Steve
