Might be a silly question but when using a storage tank for a pump where is the tank fill located? Top, Bottom, Side, etc. This is in an area where it does get cold enough to freeze so I'm wondering if it can be filled from under the tank. The city supply psi will overcome the head pressure in the tank so technically it would work.
