When you check the "include in report" box for account. It doesn't group by account. It merely includes the account number on the report. A general ledger would show the beg balance, transactions during the period and ending balance - by account in account number order. Dieter - I like the program - no need to get snippy. If there is some combination of "include in" boxes to check - please let me know. We are a small ( 16 people ) accounting firm and would love to move to this program but it needs to get up to speed.
