I don't currently have a lot of time, but I have Oracle 9i running on a server (as well as Postgres), and I would be interested in helping out.

I too am interested in seeing SQL-Ledger continue to evolve. I notice that
the SQL-ledger site acknowledges several contributors, but the sourceforge
page only has one current developer, Dieter.

I'd be really interested, Dieter, in your views about working with a
development team. In addition to Rubin's New York crew, I think there would
be some support from a few of us here in Portland. But a lot of it really
depends on whether Dieter is interested.

I would really like to see a seperate mailing list for development issues.

Dieter is right, whoever knows something about programing should
contribute to SQL-Ledger, maybe someday it will overtake QuickBooks.

I teach this all the time in my Perl Classes. If you want, I'd be

I don't want to step on anyones toes, but I'd be willing to take

Sitting on the fence doesn't help, roll up your sleeves and put your
money where your mouth is and contribute.

Relax, Dieter - isn't that exactly what the man proposes?
