Hi,

that's exactly my problem. The package of my SB classic bought
yesterday had a broken seal (it was the last one so I bought it
grumbling and with little rebate). But somebody has registered it yet
at Squeeze Network. I've written to the support twice, but nothing
happens.

I'm really unlucky with that kind of PIN solution because it prevents
me to edit my favorites until somebody from slimdevices is so kind to
delete that annoying account :-(.

I've mailed to the former user - Email adress is still in the box - but
I don't hope for any reaction ...
