Don't know if this would work, or maybe you have tried this.

Connect your SB3 to your SC7 server on your computer.  Enter your SN
login info into SC7 > Settings > SqueezeNetwork

Now try to play from the SC7 > Internet Radio > RadioIO menu item.
If it plays this then your SB3 is accepting your SN login info and
should "register" that player onto SN.

Whether this will circumvent playing directly from SN on your SB3 prior
to SD releasing your player from the previous SN account I don't know. 

But might be worth a try and may (at minimum) get you some Internet
Radio via SC7 while SD sorts out the PIN issue.   :)
