I would like to restate also the fact that during the "Thanksgiving WE" mySB.com outage the SB classic never had any problem connecting, while it was almost impossible with the duet controller/receiver. While I have not noticed any more mySB.com outage for me in Belgium since then, the problem apparently is still hitting random customers in EU. I hope someone from Logitech who cares about the customers paying their salary is watching this forum. It would be a shame to flush an excellent software/hardware concept down the toilet because services are being managed in the most amateuristic way.
