It can be somewhat confusing that a Classic would work just fine and a
Duet or Radio would not. There are different software processes running
on our servers. At any given moment, the software processes for Radio or
Duet could be handling lots of players, while the ones handling Classics
will have few. In that case, you'll see slower response with a Radio
than with a Classic.

This means that the responsiveness of your Radio or Classic can be
dependent upon how many other people are simultaneously using Radios or
Classics. This is type of scalability is OK if we have an infinite
amount hardware and computing power to support these processes, but we
don't.

One of the goals is to make the software more scalable. We're not there
today.
