Your right Danny Bell.ca did mess me up and I spent probably 3 weeks off
and on  with the help of people like you trying to puzzle out why
mysb.com did work as it should. But in the end Bell owns the
modem/router and can set it as they like I guess. In fact if I changed
the firmware they would probably charge me for the replacement cost.
But everything I did utilized the existing firmware and can easily be
reverted back to the old settings (I have done this once already). What
makes me angry is they were so insistent that it couldn't be the 2Wire
that was the problem.

I have not had any problems with mysb.com since the changes I made
