Monitors go to green on powerup, regardless of signal, and since yours goes
right back to yellow its likely no video signal is present.
Revert to the most basic setup you can, 1 DIMM, floppy, and hard drive and
disconnect everything else. Carefully go over the motherboard and make sure
EVERYTHING is fully seated. Check your PRAM battery voltage.
If all is OK so far, press and hold the cuda button down 10 seconds, then
try to power up the system normally.
