Thanks for the response. I also reset that switch but still no go. BTW the
keyboard cord that goes to the computer goes in which end of the keyboard?
And the end of that coiled cord goes into the connector on the back of the
computer with the multiple lines icon (third one down on the tower case).
What plugs into the keyboard icon on the back? The cord from the keyboard
has the wrong connector for that one.
