This is the very reason the starmax lists exist. You local shop knows little
about any Apple product. It that 10:1 (PC to Apple) ratio thang. StarMax to
them are indeed. very, very rare.
It is almost essential to read everything before you drag your Max into an
(authorised) StarMax repair shop.
