The requirement of 9.0 for the high-speed seems a bit odd. What kind of 
connection is it? I know with my DSL even the latest software my ISP 
provides will work on 7.5.5 on a Quadra.

For 9, 64 megs of RAM might be a little lean but it should work fine.
