I did some looking at message headers, and they both came from AOL. Not entirely surprising, since AOL has quite a few members as we all know. However, the offending message included two extra lines that no other message from Linda included: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="ISO-8859-1" Only that message included those two lines. In addition, the offending message made it extra aware who it was supposedly from, a common tactic of impersonators. Linda doesn't strike me as the type to intentionally get herself thrown off the list. At this time, I don't see any reason not to believe her, looks like someone is trying to get people thrown off the list.
